A: Yes, Royalty Advances are managed within the Vendor Assignment Maintenance Screens. You can share a common advance account or assign unique accounts by contract.


Q: Some of my Royalty Contracts require payments based upon volumn of sales. Can The Royalty Management System™ handle this requirement?

 

A: Yes, The Royalty Management System can assign tiers based upon units or dollars of sales. Each Tier can have its own unique royalty calculations assigned to it.

 

Q: What audit trails are available within the Royalty Management System™?

 

A: The Royalty Management System™ captures all of the details related to the sales transaction including the royalty amounts. This information is stored on the system’s history files. Online, you will have complete trackability using the standard Microsoft-Dynamics™-GP inquiry and drill back features. There are also historical reports available for audit trail purposes.
