Support - Our Foundation
The core foundation of Eclipse Computing Limited is our Support Centre which is dedicated not only to the traditional method of providing technical resolutions and answers, but by going one step further and proactively supplying the latest updates and news about technical innovations.
All of our support consultants are required to have relevant experience and accreditation before handling business critical support calls from our clients. Furthermore, we don't ask them to support any products other than those associated with their specialism. This, together with our continued investment in employee training and personal career development means that we are able to attract and retain the most highly accredited professionals in our industry.
Telephone Support
As an Eclipse customer with a current support contract, you can contact the support team Monday to Friday 09:00 to 18:00 (Monday to Friday, excluding UK public holidays) to receive support on the maintained software. Additional cover can be provided by special agreement.

With your permission, Eclipse can connect directly to the users computer via web-based technology.
